Hi, This my plan of works for my bathroom refurb. I will be getting someone else in to do the electrical and plumbing work.

Just want to see if I have ordered what needs to get done correctly

Prep Block up small window
Prep Install Shut off valves for bathroom water supply

1 Gut bathroom
• Bath, Toilet & Sink
• Shower unit
• Radiator & Brackets
• Tiles
• Skirting
• Smooth down ceiling
• Febond Blue-Grit on ceiling

Wiring for Mirror
Install Light Switch
Wiring for Towel Radiator
Wiring UFH Thermostat
Replace Copper piping with Plastic pipes & chase into walls

Install new floorboards
Install 6mm Warmup boards
Skim ceiling
Plaster

Tank wet areas
SBR Primer on Walls
Lay down UFH
Level floor

Fit Bath (1st Seal)
Tile Wall
Tile Floor

Plumb Bath
Install Sink
Install Light
Install Toilet
Install Shower
Install Towel Radiator
Install Mirror
Install UFH Thermostat
Install In-Line Extractor fan

Paint Ceiling
Seal Bath (2nd Seal)
Install accessories

I have a question after I level the floor with levelling compound do I need to prime it in order to put down tiles?
