Am fitting a St.Tropez suite (homebase). The wall-locating holes at the back of the basin seem rather large, any suggestions as to what I should use ,screws and washers hardly seem suitable.
The holes are normally 2 - 3 cm across and are super if you get the right fittings. Go to a plumber's merchant abnd ask for them. They get called Fischer screws, Sani bolts etc. Basically a jumbo dual screw and a large plastic nut/washer combined.
I am fitting the exact same bathroom suite at the moment. Came across the same huge holes at the back of the sink. The Fischer's screws are doing a perfect job. Thanks for the tip !
