I assume the power is off at the consumer unit, not just the switch?
You need to take that bezel off and the whole fitting should then pull down but be careful of the retaining springs inside the ceiling. They hurt when they snap against your fingers.

Once you have removed it, you should be able to see the make and model. It’s not fixable, buy a new one.
