Bathroom wall panel fixing

Hi Guys,

I've almost finished stripping out my bathroom and was wondering what the best way to fit wall panels in the bathroom would be. The walls are fairly straight but pretty rough. Would using ashesive work or would i need to use battons? The panels i have purchased are in the link below.
