Installing a complete new bathroom in a different room. Is it ok to tee into one 32/40mm. waste pipe a shower, bidet, washbasin and bath and then out into existing soil pipe?? :? :?

NO. Use 50mm all the way to the stack, and a 40:1 slope.

Best to use 50mm waste pipe and anti vac traps for your appliances as you run the risk of losing trap seal :(

Limit your runs of 32/40mm stuff to about 2 metres then complete the run to the stack with 50mm waste. The increase in diameter ensures that the 50mm pipe doesn't run full so air from the stack can always reach the small pipes. Keep a close eye on your falls to make this work. You don't want the small pipes dropping faster than the big one. You don't have to be rigid about that 2m either. Draw the pipe layout first and something will suggest itself.
