I'm having a new bathroom suite fitted soon. I've purchased a single ended bath but wish to have this turned around so taps and waste are at opposite end from its current position.

I take the taps are no problem but what about the waste?

Is this possible to have done given the distance from where the current outlet is? Will it still drain away properly?

Any suggestions or help appreciated.

It can be done as long as it has a fall and its within the permissable length allowed for the pipe size. What is the distance and what size pipe?

As stated as long as you've got enough fall between the bath waste trap & the stack connection but the deciding factor is likely be which way the joists run; with the bath & you should be OK as you can probably drop below the joist if necessary, across the bath & you may well be knackered; do not be tempted to notch the joists! maximum unvented length for a 40mm waste run is 3 metres; 50mm = 4 metres
