Bathroom Wood Flooring help

Hi I have installed wood flooring in the bathroom and being a novice have cut around the toilet and sink. what can i use to tidy up and fill the gaps around the base?

Any of the more expensive caulks or sealants - color match the caulk with the wood flooring not the white pot.
