Gales and two inches of rain forecast for my part of the world overnight and guess what, I've just poured out half the footings for a 5m x 3m workshop in the garden. 
Have had the wife cutting up black bin bags to use to cover them..... can't find any of the heavy duty plastic and my tarps are covering a leaky flat roof. Gawd save us from the rain.
