putting a plug on a batten light when I came to wire it up there was white wires not sure what to do the brown wire you see is just pushed in need help thanks

The brown is right.

Yellow in middle

Blue in the remaining one

A cable tie or similar to act as strain relief on that cable may also be a good idea.

The centre earth terminal should be fixed to the metal tab below it, the screw is also missing.
You will need a replacement terminal block to connect the earth wire.
