Bauknecht washing machine - how to split the drum

Hi all,

I have a very noisy washing machine. So far stripped the unit right down and I am now in the process of trying to split the drum.
There are four clips, but have been trying for a couple of hours to split the unit. Is there a way to split with out breaking any of the plastic surround?
