Baumatic BT7.3GL Extractor Hood lights not working

just checked the primary side (both points of the winding) and it's coming up at 0 volts, is that right? is that the failed part?
If the lights are switched on it should be around the 240V mark, so that suggests a fault prior to the trany. If glass fuse is okay, then you have a PCB fault or at the switch control.
 
I have the same problem. Was this resolved and how. Thank you
