Baxi 105 HE Domestic Hot Water Problem

Solved!!!
Baxi engineer fixed the boiler last night, 22mm pipe from heat exchanger outlet to diverter valve inlet was partially blocked with black crud - new one fitted and hey presto everything working as it should!
He said he could hear a small amount of "Kettling" which led him to suspect blockage and restricted flow.

So they replaced the main heat exchanger and obviously missed that.

Yes but the restriction was at the diverter valve inlet flange, the diverter valve was changed twice but the restriction was not easily seen if the pipe was left in situ, only when the pipe was removed for full inspection was the partial blockage seen - all the parts that have been changed + labour it must be approaching £2500 thats been spent in the last week.
On the positive side my boiler is like a new one lol
