Baxi 105E, advice please

I have to move a couple of radiators on our system and was wondering if after draining down the system, can you just use the hot water side of the boiler if you turn off the flow/return tap/s where the pipe connects to the Baxi and switch to hot water only?

Yep thats perfectly ok to do, turn valves of first to keep pressure in boiler then drain down
