Hi Guys, can anyone help. My Baxi 105e was working fine on Heating and DHW. Heating went off on timer but decided to have a bath. DHW wouldn't start and 30 and 50 deg lights were flashing. Followed diagnostics and checks and concluded that PCB required replacing. Changed for the later part no 5112380 version (surprised how many PCBs require changing according to the parts supplier).

Have re-set etc. The boiler will now fire up OK when switched to DHW only. When changed to Heating and DHW, flame on for only one second then off (flame failure light on). This is baffling me.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Regards Nicko

Could be minimum burner preasure is to low when it mods down for heating.

Thanks for the advice. I'll check the pressure, properly and see if that is the cause.

Many thanks
