Baxi 105e hot water problems

I have a baxi 105e combi, the heating works fine but the hot water does not seem to kick in from some of the taps downstairs or the shower, we have to open another tap for the boiler to kick in. Is there an adjustment we can do to reduce the volume of water at which the boiler kicks in?

No adjustment, but you can fit a new diaphragm. Have a look at this. View media item 31064
