Hi,

I've just changed the whole assembly because I had a leak from between the DHW diff and the diverter manifold. £ 75 on ebay so wasn't too bad.

All appeared fine and the boiler was working from both Hot Water and CH side , however it appears I now have a leak coming from either the sensing pipe that comes from the by pass pipe and goes into CH Diff valve or from the the joint where the manifold fits the CH flow tap.

I think it is the sensing pipe but difficult to confirm 100 %.

Is it possible that I have over tightened this and thats why its now leaking ?

I had hoped that it may self seal itself but this doesn't appear to have happend.

Can I use tape on the sensor pipe thread might be difficult but worth a go may mean taking the whole assembly out again though.

Thanks for you help.
