Hi All

Got as Baxi 105e that makes hell of a racket but only when its being asked for hot water when the heating is on its fine runs as sweet as ever.
Also another problem I have seen with it whenever is on being heating or hot water it leaks from the over flow

Any ideas what the problem is ??

Thanks

Water leaking from the 'overflow' is probably coming from the safety relief valve due to system pressure being too high - have someone check the expansion vessel.

Noise? you don't describe the noise in any detail. Is it a squeal? A bang? A series of bangs? Something else?
Highest probability with present evidence is a blocked secondary HE on the primary side. Is the hot water coming out plentiful and hot?

Thanks for the reply meldrewsmate

Yes its a squeal rather than a bang also the water is still hot and plentiful

thanks
