For the NE area its probably about right BUT !
Does it include VAT ?
Is he CORGI registered AND have you have checked his registration?
Do you already have thermostatic rad valves in the bedrooms?
Does it include a wall thermostat?
Has he told you that he will arange for the Building Control department to be notified?
