Hi,
Firstly I'm no expert if anyone needs more info please ask.

My pressure keeps dropping and I cannot find a leak anywhere.
I have to open the fill loop to repressurise the system and bleeed the rads upstairs.
The boiler is in the loft and feeds 7 rads 1 bathroom and the kitchen.

The pressure drops when the heating has been on for a good few hours (4 or 5) but never seems to loose pressure if it goes on for an hour or two at a time.

The condensate has an icicle on it but is not blocked and I may be mistaken but I dont think the water is piling out through the condensate pipe as it fallson the conservatory roof and I would see the snow having been cleared by the condensate.
I really am scratching my head on this one as when the pressure drops no heat or hot water, the whole lot stops working

Check the PRV where it terminates outside

This should be terminated in a suitable drain not a the roof

Thanx I will check in the light, would the prv just let go a load of pressure in one go or would it drip or run slowly to maintain the maximum pressure?

The condensate would normally run to the drain at the side of the conservatory but I disconnected it to see if water was comming out of the pipe

it can drip slowly taking days to relieve the boiler of its pressure. It is pretty simple to replace a PRV and they are not expensive either ;)
