hi got a problem with our boiler, when we turn off the hot water tap on our combi the heating is coming on. it is set to just hot water any ideas anyone

Likely to be the hot water flow switch microswitch is stuck on.

If you open the front its at the bottom left hand side of the boiler.

Its a switch that is fastened onto a 4" diameter brass casting.

If you push the switch it should click.

If there is no click when you push it then you need a new switch.

there is no click when it is pulled back. it does seem very loose thanks for that will replace it and see

need some more help please, i got the new microswitch but there are no wires on it only 2 prongs to take a connector and the microswitch on my boiler is all in one with no connectors, can anyone help please.

Youve been given the wrong one. The Microswitch should come with the harness and molex connecter which goes to the pcb. Also comes with pump cable which needs to be connected up.

Failing that if you have a microswitch with 3 pins and the right tools you could just make your own spade connecters
