I have a Baxi 80e that is about 3 years old.
The problem i am having is the hot water temp wont go above luke warm.this has happeneded gradually over a period of time and not instantly.
I have tried a new PCB to no avail and also had the boiler serviced.
If the water flow is on full(tap on full) it gives luke warm water, if i turn it down a little it gives a little hotter but if i go to far turning it down it knocks off. The diaphram works on full flow but not on slow flow.
Any ideas ?

Thanks all
