Final update for time being . great thread by Puddle... dismantled diverter, cleaned , greased and voila,, piping hot water with taps on full.. Only comment is to add is care to be taken when removing actuator bush as fair amount of water comes out even after draining.. Also as precaution cover PCB/Electrics...
