Green light indicates mains power to boiler.

Is the boiler switched off?

There's no pilot on this boiler!

green light not on
Have you followed related section in fault finding chart as a first measure assuming there is actually power going to the boiler?

sorry, i know there is no pilot i ment burner, the boiler is switched on but no green light tried the reset button but nothing im assuming there must be some sort of safety gas valve that needs to be reset ?

I think you need someone who is capable of testing to see if there is mains voltage present at the imput connection to the boiler!

We assume you have not switched it off at the spur or distribution board?
