Baxi Barcelona

Sorry to bring this very immotive subject back up, having been through what most of you people have described with red cutout light syndrome - and cured on many occasions, the faithful or not so faithful Baxi Barcelona has let me down once again! On this occasion the boiler fires but will not continue to run, the orange burn light extinguishes and the green power light stays illuminated with the pumps etc running. As many of the posts have already stated I would like to thank Baxi for our saving in gas over the past 3 years as advertised, through not working! Perhaps its time to finally give up and send it to boiler heaven!

Any ideas?

Sounds like the condense trap/syphon is leaking, or for some reason not draining away, this causes the fault you have, Baxi have modified the condense trap numerous times over the years and they have only recently just managed to get it right. The new trap is taller than all previous ones. All the best
