hi, my daughter got a baxi 105e boiler its about 9 years old problem is in last two weeks when she run the hot water it goes cold after a few seconds,and theres a clicking comming from the front panel when the boiler fires up ,i read some of the old posts on the site and the all seem to point to the diverter valve, any help would be out there please

There are a whole range oif possibilities but unless someone has at the very least looked inside the boiler then nothing is to be gained by listing them. A spares list would show everything in the boiler!

Very likely it is a diaphragm problem. This model is easy to replace with a new diaphragm.
