I am planning on doing exactly the same thing with my boiler and a room stat. Can I just check - If I am taking a live and neutral from the boiler terminal, exactly where is that? Is it the same 2 holes in the terminal block that the mains goes into (ie. top left hole and one beneath it?) - so the holes will be shared by two wires each?. Any help would be very welcome.
