Hi, this baxi 80 eco does not start at all in both hw & ch the only part running is the pump, Hi Limit stat ok no 240v at the fan, checked all the cables for continuity ok, pcb!!

I'm not certain if this is one of those boilers that checks the APS first, before letting the fan start.

If not you could check the microswitch on top of the DV is working and the pin is popping out properly to activate it.

Other than that sounds like a possible pcb problem.
 
by limit stat you mean over heat stat on left hand side have you bridged it out. As dave said make sure microswitch on TOP of divertor is being activated

thanks, the over heat stat ok, the micro switch ok the pump is running, any thing else to check?

What have you done to come to the conclusion that the top microswitch is "OK" ?

Have you measured the resistance of both the sensors when cold?

thanks folks, it is sorted, it was the sensor as it was checked first time with a faulty meter and when re-checked founded short circuit :D
