Hi,

Could someone in the know answer this question?

My Combi 80HE PLUS is not powering up the central heating at all. We have VERY hot water on demand and the boiler is lighting no problem as it does this when you turn on the hot tap. The fault indication LED sequence suggests the DHW Flow switch is at fault. A certain repair company is quoting a fixed price repair at £185 all in, however it can be done on an hourly basis of £85/hr plus parts.

My question is IF it is the DHW flow switch, is it an expensive part to replace and would it warrant a £185 fixed price repair fee?

Cheers.
