Baxi Combi problem

Good evening,
Have a problem with my Baxi Platinum boiler.
The boiler will not run after hot water has been turned on keeps indicating E20 fault code .
Has anyone any thoughts on what the problem may be and how the issue can be resolved.

E20 is a thermistor fault.

What is the system pressure ?

System pressure is 1.5Barg in the green zone .
How difficult is it to replace the “thermistor “

Does boiler run for central heating ,or totally inoperative ?

The boiler is running now but have failed a number start ups.
The room is well below its control point .
Then the boiler starts randomly .
Dare not touch the hot water again .
E20 has cleared itself

Probably wise for you to arrange an engineer to visit and diagnose exactly what the issue is.

ten quid part and 20 minute fix but its inside combustion chamber so your not allowed to do it
