I've a Baxi Duo-Tec 2 COMBI 24 GA about 7 years old. Typically, during winter my boiler doesn't fire on a set schedule and reports E118 (low pressure) warning on display. And this happens frequently like 3-4 times during a week and every time I've to power off the boiler and power back on to get it working. When I check pressure it's always perfect. Any idea what could be the issue here?

Other thing is boiler makes a loud and high pitched squealing noise when hot/cold mixer taps are turned on. Noise lasts for about 20-30 seconds and reduces. I had BordGais boiler service man come and check and he couldn't figure out what is causing this noise as well E118 error. He ran possibly every necessary checks on their book with no luck. He found boiler perfectly alright.

Need help with this.

Thanks guys.
