my baxi duo-tec 2 combi 33ga fault code 385 is driving me mad no one and i mean no one knows whats wrong,i get hot water fine then the next day won't fire up just flashing 385 then everything is fine again 24/7 home rescue are thick been out 7 times say everything is fine dose anyone on hear no anything about this boiler and the fault code, thanks

385 according to the book is low mains voltage...what have they done so far to solve it?

nothing because its intermittent i think its the board dry joints

I doubt it..modern pcbs are far more robust from poor soldering, compliance standards etc.

had 24/7 clowns out over ten times only thing the have not changed is the board?

Why won't they swap the board?
Have they run the boiler via an extension lead from a different ring circuit to rule out a poor connection, if the fault code is accurate (and many aren't) it thinks the power supply is dipping.

are you messing service is utter crap from them, think i will get the baxi one off repair cos no one has a clue

Go for it, if anyone should know, it should be Baxi. However I’d be checking what @Gasguru has suggested first.
