Baxi E105 Combi Boiler HOT COLD HOT COLD

Dear Forum members,

Hope you could assist with a diagnosis on the e105.

Central heating working perfectly as it should.

However, when the hot water is turned on, it heats up for about 3 minutes, and goes cold again.

Would this be signs of a blocked heat exchanger? limescale? Boiler is only 4 years old.

Blocked valves? WHich ones?

How could this be rectified/ Prevented

be easier just to tell him...
Yes it sounds exactly like a plate heatexchanger gone. Either change it 40 quid or do without your heating overnight and take it out and soak it in x800 or white vinegar will also do it
