This boiler was installed nearly three years ago ,the boiler as worked ok since the heating and water works ok with no problem the pump seems fine and the 3 port valve is good

the heating system was drained down due to a leak and then refilled tested out and inhibitor added

since then the boiler as started to wine very loudly just as it starts to get hot,
it wines like a fog horn for about 10 or 15 seconds and then stops and is ok from then on

I dont think there is any air trapped in the system and all aspects of the system work well.

the working gas pressure is the only thing that as not been checked as yet but will be checked next

if any one as any other ideas as to why this may be happening or things to try at the same time they are welcome to post

and thx for any help

You are required to be gas registered to work on boilers commercially and that would include for your tenanted properties.

Also registered to join the CC.

Far better to get a proper registered engineer to do your boiler repairs and maintenance! Then you dont put your tenants lives at risk.

Do you drive an old Volvo 240 ?
