Baxi Solo 3 50PF problem

I have a problem with my Baxi solo boiler. When the boiler is switched on from cold it comes on fine and heats up to the required temp ok. Them when there is a further call for heat, the boiler can take up to six attempts for the burner to relight. The pilot appears to light each time and all the lights on the boiler come on but the burner will not light. The PCB & APS were replaced in April and it has been fine since then until recently.
Any ideas?

ill put myself up to be humiliated but check the fan-flue gasket hasnt crumbled.

bankrobber... you need a corgi rgi blah blah whatever we are now. in ontherwords someone who can safely work on gas. if im right this'll be an easy fix.
