hi can any one help hubby took a radiator off last sunday as it was not working flushed it through and put it back on tryd putting heating on and bleeded all radiators . there starts the problem no heating or radiators boiler keeped going on over heat thought must it must have been a air lock so hubby drained system and tryed again no joy bleeded all again started to get some hot water but light on boiler dont stay on long keep turning of but no over heat tryed again go some radiators but still not staying on and only a little hot water and a couple of radiators working lights keep coming on and off and sounds like the pump is running all the time in loft

any help please

the pump maybe airlocked.
switch off system and remove the large centre nut and bleed the pump of air.

or try the pump on the top speed first may shift the air sometimes.

Pump can sound as though it is running but not be circulating.

Have you looked for any air bleed points in the loft?

Have you tried bleeding the pump with the large silver screw in the middle of it as it is in the loft?
