Bay Window Cracks

Hi,

I am hoping to get some info around the issue of some cracking around a Victorian terrace house bay window thay I am considering buying. There are some cracks below the window and running through the top facade, the agent selling the property isn't able to provide any additional info and I was hoping for some guidance before committng to a full survey.

It's either moved and stopped, or still moving.

I'm guessing that it's an auction sale. Just assume it is a structural problem and bid accordingly.

Not an auction sale, actually the first floor flat I am considering but as share of freehold I would be jointly liable for any future costs.

Perhaps just proceed as normal as see what comes back on the survey?
