Hi !
We have a small bay window which has started to let in a small amount of water. Earlier this week we experienced some very heavy rainfall. Please see attached photos showing both the outside and inside views of the window. You can see the stains on the inside photos near the top of the blinds on both sides. I would appreciate some ideas as to how this could be repaired.
Thanks

Can't tell a lot from a photo, have you been able to get a close up look?
Likely to be a problem with the flashing, possibly a split or with pointing, it almost looks like some of it is a different colour, as if someone has had a go at fixing it in the past.
Or when (if) flashing was replaced.

That leadwork look pretty sound, but undoubtedly there is a leak. There should be a cavity tray above that window, but if that is potentially letting water through or it may not even be there, then the problem may not be that roof, but the window above. Quite possibly water is finding its way in around the cill/corners above and running down the cavity until it has nowhere else to go but in to the ceiling.
