Can anyone advise if the following looks OK;

Joists are mainly 44 x 241 mm @ 400cc and cover an area of approximately 37m2 including 4no. hangers £640 (+ VAT)

Dunno, have they done a drawing for you to approve? How have the established the lengths of joist? Site measured? Drawing?

I sent a drawing and they sent me a new drawing with the timbers and info. marked on.

I have run all sizes through the table and they are all sized correctly.

Its more the cost than the sizes - first time I have used I-joists so I don't know if that is reasonable or not.

Get two other quotes, always the same answer.

Ensure whoever you choose is given the as-built wall dimensions prior to manufacture.
