Hi,
I have a house built sometime between 1989 and 1991. The floor is concrete but with air bricks so I'm presuming its block and beam. Last winter was my first in the house and the floors were very cold. Did the regulations at the time specify that the flooring void had to be insulated in anyway and is there anyway I can check if there is any insulation. If I do find there is no insulation what is the best way to go about trying to insulate the floors.
Thanks
