Beko AP930 F/Freezer E4 Fault Code

Hi All,
I have a Beko AP930 Fridge Freezer that has today started flashing fault code E4 on the LCD display of the freezer. Under the top plastic cover, it states that this is a defrost heater fault. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it - any ideas?

defrost heaters are what heats up to defrost your appliance without these it will ice up if you have mended it ok but if not get it seen too asp
