Beko BDVC663W - Oven not working

Looking for a bit of help please. My wife switched on the oven and after about 5 minutes she heard the oven making a noise. On opening the door sparks were coming from the fan. It was switched off. Now when I switch it on, the fan doesn't spin and there appears to be no heat from the element. The light on the front control panel doesn't light to signify that the oven is on.
Looking for any clues as to the issue.
And just to add, all 4 hobs and top oven/grill work fine

Most likely the heating element has failed.
Oven may have it's own fuse in a plug or FCU which is why there is no power.
