My Eco Care washing machine has stopped working. I had it going through the 'mini' wash and it has stopped before draining and rinsing and won't go any further. All the lights went out except the door light. I have managed to drain the water out and I have switched it off and on. I have also cleaned the filter. I have tried cancelling the programme as it shows you in the handbook. But the only light I can get on is the door light. Nothing else works. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you hear the drain pump running as its very common on these to have something jam the pump impellor you can check this by opening the filter then shine a torch inside and at the back you will see the pumps impellors with the appliance switched off try turning the impellors with a small screwdriver
