Brand new BEKO dishwasher .
Seems to be filing, washing , and draining fine , but the low salt sensor is constantly on and there's no water in the salt reservoir.
We believe we've adjusted the water softener setting appropriately .
I say we believe and appropriately because the instructions are about as clear as mud and the test strip didn't work, but our water supplier etc seems to suggest that our water is moderately soft to hard !
We're not convinced that once we selected level 2 in the softener setting the machine has actually saved it.
Any ideas please?
