Bell box flashing LED's Novagard 1e w/ Gardtec 370

Hi there ,

I would like to connect two of these

To the 12v hold off on the bell box to create a flashing visual deterant.

Only thing bought them then realised that its a little more than 12v from the panel its (13.723 Volts DC) Will this pop the led's?
