Belling Format Cooker oven not working

Hi,

I have an upright Belling cooker and the lower oven has stopped working. The trip switch on the consumer unit tripped out and then the timer and lower oven have stopped working. The fan still works and blows cold air out but the timer and oven do not. The top oven still works ok as do the cooker rings, Any help would be appreciated.
