my oven is getting hot but the fan is making a terrible noise sounds like its sticking/vibrating what should i do

may be covered in grease / gunk?

thanks for quick reply... its clean we took it out to look but think we not put it back in straight or maybe too loose any tips on getting it bang on straight or how to tighten it
