Bending pipework

Hi,

I'm adding some pipework to the central heating also the hot water. I have worked with copper before, but I'm thinking of trying plastic.

How sharp can bends be in plastic?

Is laying pipework through the house easier with plastic?

Quick fit pipes are easy and quicker to fit. You can buy 90o bends so no need to bend it.
