Benefits Graph on the BBC - is it a parody?

Massaged figures ! Mobiles £32 - Other £91 -Rent £76 . Scrap the mobiles , cut the other down to realistic levels - and how come the rent to a Private Landlord - for an ex council gaff - is as low as that :? that price looks like what a council owned house should be . Poorly researched by the BBC - it`s never been the same since Agile Tony left

I dunno, it is wales so that rent could be right (weekly)?
