The initial suspect is the solenoid coil on top of the oil pump.....they tend to fail when they get hot.
Usually with a photocell fault, the burner lights up but then goes out within 10 sec.

+1, Solenoid coil.
Get your multimeter ready, start up the burner and as soon as it goes to lock out, remove solenoid lead and check for continuity. If open circuit, you have found the problem.

Wow, how did you get one so quickly?
Curiously, a coil can cost around £25 or so, depending on where you go and a full pump, with coil, around £65.
