Broadcaster Sir Michael Parkinson has died at the age of 88, his family has confirmed.

The best in the business imo, and his chats with Billy Connolly were legendary!

He achieved fame without being the centre of attention. His shows were just as good when he came back from the wilderness in the late 90's early 2000's.

I think lally is cussing himself now - starting a thread showing praise for a Brexxer. An old one at that too - so out of character for lally who has a hatred of anyone over the age of 60 and just wishes them dead. I suppose wiping their arses all day has turned him against them.
